Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma/GED; Must possess a minimum of 4 years of hands or work experience as an HVAC residential or commercial installation/repair technician; Candidate must pass a criminal background check and possess a clean record prior to being considered. In addition to these qualifications candidate will need to complete MASC certification for mechanical or air conditioning journeyman or NATE Core Test and the Heat Pump (air to air) Service Test for certification in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning

Salary: Spartanburg County School District Six Salary Schedule –to be determined by number of years working in HVAC and certifications held by applicant.
